Uncommon in Eilat, except at te Satil site. Encountered at night in spring and summer. Length observed was up to 2 cm. According to Dr. Shireen Fahey of the California Academy of Sciences, who recently re-described both species, positive identification of the species is not possible without dissection of a specimen.
