Uncommon nudibranch in Eilat. Encountered usually in daytime, in various seasons, at various depths and sites. Maximum length observed (1st photo) was about 6 cm. May be confused with the less common Phyllidia multifaria. Orange band around the edge of the mantle appears to be lacking in some specimens.
